Arcadia - total area of the project is 11 rai (or 13 000 square meters). Arcadia will consist of 4 8-floor buildings (36 units on each floor). 1200 units. Height of ceilings is standard (2,65 m). All apartments are fully furnished (excl. TV and a fridge). Arcadia is a resort project, most of its infrastructure occupies large swimming pool with total area of appr. 3000 square metres. Payment schedule:
20,000 baht deposit for the booking.
30% of the purchase price is payable upon signing the contract.
60% payment on a quarterly basis during construction.
10% on completion of construction.
Additional payments:
Sinking fund 500 baht. per square meter one-time payment.
Maintenance fee of 40 baht per sq m per month.
Installation of meters for electricity and water
Payment of the tax upon entry to the property at the Land Department paid by the buyer.
